operate a 30 day exchange plan or your money back for your total
peace of mind. If for any reason you feel you have made the
wrong choice or for any reason you are not happy with your purchase
you may change the car for another vehicle of the same value
or greater within 30 days or 1000 miles (which ever is sooner)
If for any reason the car develops a fault within the same period
that we cannot rectify we will give a full refund. |

is amazing how so many different customers get confused about
part exchange with so many dealers having different rules, some
not even wanting a part exchange. Our understanding is that
we will pay the current market value for any Car / Van / Motorhome
or Motorbike taken in part exchange, no matter how old or new.
We do cashback if your PX value is greater than the car you
are buying. We also take care of all the arrangements if the
vehicle has outstanding finance. |

Retail Motor Industry Federation is a trade body representing
and servicing businesses concerned with providing motor industry
products and services. The RMI quality control scheme is designed
to cover many aspects of acheiving quality and customer satisfaction
including an advice line for consumers.
You will find that nearly all franchised main dealers are members.
You would be well advised to avoid any dealer not a member as
we have to adhere to the stringent retail motor industry federation
code of practice. |

have been in partnership with the RAC for a very long time.
Having worked with the RAC on many manufacturer used car programs
we are convinced that the RAC are the premier inspection company
in the UK which everyone knows and trusts. Nearly every used
car we sell (*applies
to cars over £3000)has an RAC inspection with a full written
report. It doesn't stop there because our agreement with the
RAC is that any fault found must be rectified prior to handover
to our customer, this means you get a car free of any defects.

Car Data Check |
| Every
vehicle we sell has an AA Car Data Check. ( This is the very
best check currently available) Each car is checked for any
oustanding finance, a number plate change, accident damage,
insurance claim, stolen vehicle, mileage check, at risk register
and finally will tell us the date of UK Registration and when
the car was built and if it is an import or not. |
